Current Operating Status, Updated Sept. 28, 2022, at 7pm
Now that Hurricane Ian has made landfall in southwest Florida, it will begin a slow procession across the state. As such, many of Blue Streak’s normal operations will be suspended tomorrow and Friday.
- Service remains suspended along the west coast of Florida, from Tampa south through Sarasota and Fort Myers. Additionally, service will also be suspended in the following markets tomorrow and Friday: Lakeland, Orlando, Deland, Daytona, Vero Beach, Port St. Lucie, West Palm Beach, St. Augustine, Jacksonville, Lake City, Gainesville and Ocala.
- Service will be available tomorrow along the southeast coast of Florida, including the Ft Lauderdale and Miami markets.
- We are not running our intra-state line haul network in Florida tonight, Wednesday, 9/28 or tomorrow night, Thursday, 9/29

As Hurricane Ian approaches landfall in southwest Florida, below are operational updates from Blue Streak.
- Service remains suspended along the west coast of Florida, from Tampa south through Sarasota and Fort Myers.
- Service is currently limited along the southeast coast of Florida, including the Ft Lauderdale and Miami markets.
- Service will continue in the central Florida/Orlando market until mid-afternoon today, Wednesday, 9/28.
- Jacksonville, northeast Florida, and north central Florida are operating normally today.
- We are not running our intra-state line haul network tonight, Wednesday, 9/28.
- Operating plans for tomorrow will be updated later today.
