Considering the price of regular unleaded fuel in Florida remained relatively stable during June, Blue Streak’s fuel surcharge will remain at 5.5% for July. With this, our fuel surcharge continues to be among the lowest in the region.

How it’s calculated: If the average price* of regular, unleaded fuel is above $1.79 during the last week of any given month, the surcharge will be in effect on the first day of the following month.

BLUE STREAK NAMED ONE OF JACKSONVILLE’S FASTEST GROWING PRIVATE COMPANIES

Thanks to our customers, Jacksonville-based Blue Streak Couriers has been named to the list of the 50 fastest growing privately held companies on the First Coast. The 2010 list of honorees – compiled by the Jacksonville Business Journal and certified by Ennis, Pellum & Associates, CPAs – will be recognized at a luncheon in the West Club of the Jacksonville Municipal Stadium on July 15.

In last month’s newsletter we introduced our rewards point system for online order entry. This has been received enthusiastically and we’re pleased to announce if you expressed interest in the program you are signed up and have begun earning points for each order you’ve placed online. Points accumulated during an invoice cycle will post to each respective account after each invoice is paid in full.
