Blue Streak is monitoring the progress of Hurricane Isaias and its potential impact on the gulf coast. While the exact path and impact is impossible to pinpoint at this time, it does appear most storm activity will be west of Blue Streak’s core service territory. With that said, however, we are diligently monitoring and planning.
At this time, we are expecting minor service interruptions in the Florida market, primarily in the far west portion of the panhandle. Final mile deliveries for zip codes starting with 324xx and 325xx will be temporarily suspended, starting at 12 PM CST Friday, October 9.
Normal operations should resume Monday as conditions permit.
We will continue to monitor the storm closely and will use this electronic newsletter and our website to communicate any further service disruptions due to the storm.
