ATTENTION BLUE STREAK CUSTOMERS
As we continue to monitor the progress of Hurricane Matthew, we are increasingly aware that, while a direct impact may not be imminent, many parts of Blue Streak’s service territory will be affected this week.
As such, beginning at noon on Wednesday, we are relaxing our service guarantees, starting with the tri-county area of Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties. We will endeavor to deliver as many shipments in our possession as of that time, but after that we cannot guarantee service will be completed due to inclement weather and fuel scarcity. We will maintain secure control of anything in our possession and resume normal service options as soon as prudent.
As for any scheduled PM pick-ups Wednesday, we will provide individual customers with as much notice as possible regarding any changes in the normal time frames.
We will use email and social media as well as our website to keep everyone updated on any issues that may arise.
